Baci Perugina papers

Antonio Canova, Gustave Klimt, Auguste Rodin, Francesco Hayez, Constantin Brâncuşi, Pablo Picasso, are just a few example of the artists in history who have chosen to tribute the act of kissing. This personal exchange of emotional feeling between two individuals has many layers of meaning, each one containing an intrinsic message, just as the quotes written on the papers found in the Baci Perugina. The red ‘Bacio’ recreates the passionate emblem of the hungry crave to devour, through a kiss, the hidden message. Hence to quote one of the eponymous chocolate treats love phrases: “Kisses kept are wasted; Love is to be tasted."
